Responsible Gambling
Gambling is entertainment for adults. Below is a short summary of player-protection practices — no marketing filler.
Staying in Control
Set your own time and budget limits before you start a session. Don't play under the influence of alcohol, don't chase losses, and don't borrow money for a deposit. Taking breaks is part of a healthy routine.
Protection Tools
Your account may offer limits, time-outs and self-exclusion — use them whenever play stops feeling in control. Support can help activate these protection tools.
When to Seek Help
If gambling is affecting your finances, relationships or health, stop the session and reach out to professional help in your country. Duel does not replace therapy or addiction counselling.
KYC and Protection
Identity verification also supports responsible play: it confirms age and makes it harder to get around exclusions.
